These are parameters for booking and conduct for appointments/contact.

Deposits

- Deposits are $150, nonrefundable, but will go towards the cost of the total amount of the tattoo.

- Deposits are required to book an appointment. If a deposit is not received, there will not be a standing appointment.​

- All deposits can be taken through Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or cash.

Card can be accepted but will also be given the 4.5% charge (see "Payments" below).

Payments

- Cash only.

No cards will be accepted without a 4.5% surcharge.

Cancellations

- Cancellations OR reschedules must happen at the latest within 3 days (72 hours) of the appointment date & time. 

- Cancellations done last minute (after 3 days/72 hours) will forfeit the original deposit and will be required to leave another deposit.

- Rescheduling is allowed to occur up to 3 times without losing the original deposit.

Numbing Cream

- Numbing cream is only allowed if pre-authorized.

- If you arrive to the appointment with numbing cream on, or have used numbing cream and removed right before the appointment, you will be subject to a change in the appointment time and or rescheduling. 

- Elyse utilizes lidocaine products during certain appointments when absolutely necessary or possible.
