Elyse began her tattoo career in November 2017, working under a shop named Idle Hands Tattoo Emporium (since has been closed).

 

Over the course of 6 months, Elyse continued her apprenticeship tattooing real skin in March of 2018. and beginning her title of " Tattoo Artist " in September of 2018.

In 2020, Elyse became a shop owner, opening a private studio under the name The Looking Glass; and has since then opened a public, walk-in environment under the name The Looking Glass Tattoo Studio.

Elyse has spent her tattoo career studying astrology and metaphysical practices such as numerology or tarot, and since September 2025, has begun transforming the art of tattooing into a metaphysical experience through these practices.
